How to log into UCI Canvas
To log into University of California, Irvine Virtual Learning Environment;
- In your browser, Go to https://login.uci.edu/ucinetid/webauth?return_url=https://shib.service.uci.edu/idp/Authn/RemoteUser?conversation=e2s1
- This will take you to the UCI Canvas Login page.
- Sign in with your UCI Login ID and password.
- Click on the Login button to get access to the University of California, Irvine’s Learning Management System.
How to view your UCI Courses on Canvas
If you login to Canvas and do not see your course, it is likely that the instructor has not yet published it. First, contact your instructor to see if and when they plan to open the course to students.
To view your Courses on UCI Canvas;
- In your browser, Go to https://login.uci.edu/ucinetid/webauth?return_url=https://shib.service.uci.edu/idp/Authn/RemoteUser?conversation=e2s1
- This will take you to the UCI Canvas Login page.
- Click on the Courses navigation menu
- You will see the courses you registered for the semester.
How do I access my UCI Gmail?
To log in:
- Login to https://gmail.com/ using any standard internet browser (i.e. Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox or Chrome)
- Sign in to Gmail Account using your email address: @UCI.edu address
