The management of the National Service Scheme (NSS) after releasing pincodes for enrolment says prospective personnel qualified for postings to various government-approved institutions can check their national service posting.

Citing discrepancies in a statement copied to EducationWeb, the Ghana Scheme said online registration details of some prospective personnel for the mandatory service postings may be put on hold pending further verification.
“Affected personnel are to visit any regional office of NSS with a copy of enrolment forms, Student ID, any National ID and a soft copy of their passport picture save with their NSS number as a file name to clear them for postings,” it said.
Those with no mistakes have been urged to log on to the National Scheme’s website https://nss.gov.gh to confirm the specifics of their placements before visiting their respective user agencies to endorse their letters of appointment.
To minimize excessive crowds at the registration centres, NSS has urged all posted national service personnel are required to schedule an appointment online and visit the centres on the scheduled date and time for validation.

1. Visit the NSS posting checking portal https://portal.nss.gov.gh
2. Enter your email address and password used during the registration process and click on Login.
4. Click on print posting letter
5. Your place of posting will appear
6. Save the page as PDF and print. (Postings registration should be completed by the deadline.
