Former Youth Employment Agency staff and immediate past Public Relations Officer (PRO) for the Ministry of Education, Mr. Kwasi-Oben Fosu has been appointed the new spokesperson for the Ministry of Energy.

Mr. Fosu due to graduate with a Master of Arts Certificate in Development Communication this year from the Ghana Institute of Journalism holds a Bachelor of Arts Certificate in Communication, Public Relations.
The newly appointed Energy Ministry Public Relations Officer (PRO) also has a Diploma in Graphic Design communication and Office Application.
In addition, Obeng holds a Bachelor of Education, Mathematics Certificate, and Diploma in Basic Education from the University of Education Winneba.

Prior to his new role, he was the deputy and became the substantive PRO for the Education Ministry with special responsibility in media engagement, planning, and directing communications-related activities at the ministry.
