The National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE) following the government’s procurement of covid-19 vaccines has undergone training to sensitize Ghanaians on the nationwide COVID-19 vaccination exercise.
The nationwide covid-19 vaccination exercise according to the Ghana Health Service (GHS) is expected to commence in early March this year.
A staff of the Health Service speaking at public engagement on the COVID-19 vaccination roll-out held on Friday said students, teachers and other government workers will be vaccinated early next month.
The Civic Educators as part of the sensitization drive will reach out to Ghanaians on the need to accept the AstraZeneca ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 Vaccine to help slow and curb the rate of COVID-19 spread in the country.
