How to log into Nexus365:

To log into Nexus365 Portal,

  1. Go to the Nexus365 Portal at https://portal.office.com
  2. You will be directed to the Oxford Nexus365 Login Page
  3. On the Microsoft sign in page enter your Oxford username. Example: abcd1234@OX.AC.UK (where abcd1234 is your existing Oxford Student username)
  4. The Oxford Single Sign-On password page appears. Enter your Single Sign-On password
  5. Please be advised that you may be prompted for your Multi-factor authentication as well

How to setup Nexus365 using Gmail

  1. Open the Gmail app
  2. Select the  menu >  Settings > Add account > Exchange and Office 365
  3. Type your Oxford username in the format abcd1234@OX.AC.UK
  4. Type your Single Sign-On (SSO) password
  5. Complete your multi-factor authentication (MFA) process
  6. Accept the required app permissions

How to setup Nexus365 with Samsung Email

Open the Samsung Email appAdd an email account, if necessary select Manage accounts > +Type your University email addressType your Oxford username in the format abcd1234@OX.AC.UKType your Single Sign-On (SSO) passwordSelect Microsoft Exchange ActiveSyncIf authentication fails, provide the following information whenever requested:

  1. Open the device Settings 
  2. Depending on your version click either Mail > Accounts, or Passwords & Accounts
  3. Click Add Account > Exchange
  4. Provide the following details, then Next: EmailYour Oxford username in the format abcd1234@OX.AC.UKDescriptionNexus 365
  5. Select Sign in
  6. Type your Single Sign-On (SSO) password
  7. Complete your multi-factor authentication (MFA) process
  8. Select the services you want to include
