To buy the UHAS admission form, you can visit any designated post office or bank that has been approved by UHAS to sell the e-voucher. Once you have purchased the e-voucher, you will receive a unique PIN and serial number which will be used for the online application process on the UHAS admission portal.
If you prefer to purchase the admission form from a private seller, Checker Cards – Forms is a company that offers such a service. They sell forms with an additional service fee to assist students in gaining admission to their desired institutions.
If you plan on purchasing the UHAS admission form from a bank, simply visit the nearest Ghana Commercial Bank to make your purchase.
How to buy UHAS Admission Form
On the other hand, if you wish to purchase the form from Checker Cards – Forms, follow these steps:
1. Go to forms.checkercards.com.
2. Select “Private University Admission Forms”.
3. Choose “University of Health and Allied Sciences, UHAS” from the list of universities.
4. Click on the “Buy Forms” link. If you use this link: UHAS Admission Forms, you will skip steps 1-4.
5. Click on the “Buy Now” button.
6. Enter your first name, last name, phone number, and email address.
7. Scroll down and click on “Place Order”.
8. Select “Pay with Mobile Money” and enter your MoMo number.
9. Click on “Confirm”.
10. Approve the payment on your phone by entering your Mobile Money Pin.
Alternatively, you may pay with your credit card. In step 8, select “Pay with Card” to make payment using your credit/debit card.
