Shatta Wale featured in GES approved Creative Arts textbook

Ghana’s popular dancehall artist and CEO of the Shatta Movement Empire, Mr Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jr, widely known in Showbiz as Shatta Wale has been featured in a GES approved Creative Arts textbook for primary pupils.

The controversial self-acclaimed dancehall ‘King’ appeared in lesson four of the Ghana Education Service and NaCCA approved Creative Arts textbook authored by the popular Alpha and Omega series for primary 4 pupils.

Lesson four of the primary 4 Creative Arts textbook gives an account of how the “If I collect hitmaker” became famous, and a short biography of him.

As part of the Ghana Education Service (GES) and NaCCA efforts to make teaching and learning more interesting, prospective pupils are at the end of the lesson are asked to sing and dance to one of Shatta Wale’s song.
