The Ghana National Council of Private Schools (GNACOPS) following the January 15 school reopening announcement has urged all private school owners to employ teachers ready to be professionals in the field.
Mr Enoch Kwasi Gyetuah, the National Executive Director of the Council who made the appeal in an interview with Educationweb.com.gh said this will ensure that all private school teachers are licensed this year by NTC.
“So GNACOPS is appealing to all member schools, that if any school is employing teachers, the following are the areas you need to look out for from the interviewee”, he told EducationWeb’s Okyere Darko George.
According to him, private school proprietors should look out for someone who has the desire and is ready to further his/her education to become a professional teacher.
