Rev. John Ntim Fordjour born May 28, 1986, is a Ghanaian politician and Member of Parliament representing the Assin South Constituency in the Central Region on the ticket of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP).
The Reverend early this year was appointed the Deputy Minister of Education-designate to assist Minister of Education, Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum in President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo’s second term government.
Hon John Ntim Fordjour when vetted and approved by the Parliament Appointment Committee will be sworn in by His Excellency Nana Akufo-Addo as the Deputy Minister of Education until early 2025.
He has a multi-disciplinary background in Mining, Economic Policy, and International Relations, Ntim Fordjour is currently a PhD Candidate at the Department of Political Science of the University of Ghana.
Mr Ntim graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Mineral Engineering from the University of Mines and Technology (UMaT), Tarkwa in 2007, and subsequently was awarded a Master of Arts Degree in Economic Policy Management by the University of Ghana in 2014.
