The Management of Pentecost University following the genuine struggle some students of the university go through before paying their school fees has rolled out paid job opportunities for students during this vacation.
The intervention according to the private university said is to ensure the students save some monies to settle their debts when school resumes.
Announcing the intervention in a post sighted by Educationweb.com.gh, the private university said, “When we insisted on the ‘full fees before exams’ policy, we realized the genuine struggle some students went through.”
The Sowutuom-based PentVars continued that “as a Christ-centered university that cares, we have rolled out paid job opportunities for students during this vacation period so that they can save towards their fees.”
The registration which is free will commence on Friday, May 7, 2021, however, vacancies will be opened from May 10 and June 4, 2021, for only prospective students of the Pentecost University.
“Students who were unable to pay their school fees and international students are especially encouraged to apply using this link,” Authorities of the Sowutuom-based private university stated in the blog post.
