NSS 2022 nurses/midwives pincodes for enrolment out

The 2022 nurses/midwives pincodes for enrolment of 11,272 newly trained nurses and midwives from all accredited Universities and Nursing Training Colleges have been released, the National Service Scheme (NSS) has announced.

“Management of NSS has released 11,272 PIN codes for enrollment of newly trained nurses/midwives to commence their mandatory one-year national service for the 2022/2023 academic year,” a press release issued by NSS stated.

NSS in the statement copied to EducationWeb all prospective personnel are to visit the official website of the Service nss.gov.gh to access the Personal Identification Number (Pin) codes using their school index number and date of birth.

“Subsequently, prospective personnel are to proceed to any branch of ADB Bank throughout the country and make payment of an amount of forty Ghana cedis (GHC40.00),” the Ghana National Service Scheme noted in the release.

Alternatively, the Scheme says personnel can resort to MTN mobile money for convenience and most importantly, to reduce human contact as means to adhere to the safety coronavirus protocols outlined by the Ghana Health Service.

“Please note that you are required to pay an amount of forty-one Ghana cedis (GHC41.00) if you resort to the MTN mobile money for activation of the 2022 nurses/midwives pincodes for enrolment,” the Scheme said on Wednesday.

Prospective service personnel the statement signed by the spokesperson for the NSS, Armstrong Esaah has said are to ensure that they complete their enrolment process on or before the close of business on Friday, June 3, 2022.
