Practitioners who have paid for the PIN/AIN renewal via the NMC Mobile submitted their old cards but have not yet received their new 5-year validity card are to contact the call centre on 0501079037 for support, the Nursing and Midwifery Council has said.
NMC in a social media post sighted by EducationWeb.com.gh said such practitioners can also WhatsApp 0200862772 or better still send a direct message to the official Facebook/Twitter account with the following details;
- Name of Practitioner
- Registration Number
- Region old cards were submitted
- Screenshot of payment
- Mobile number and E-mail
- Photo shot of the Old Card
“Please do not send your personal details as part of the comments for this post. Send all details directly to our Facebook Messenger so that we can have a personal interaction with you,” the Council urged.
