“I want everyone to be safe in my constituency including the schools. So these donations are complementing the efforts of government and the school authorities to protect the students and staff against the virus.”

Receiving the nose masks on behalf of the beneficiary institutions, Professor Ben Q. Honyenuga thanked the MP for his kind gesture adding that “We should all be one another’s a keeper. Covid-19 knows no bounds.”

He also appealed to the MP and the municipal authorities to intensify public education on the pandemic and its preventive etiquettes in markets, where compliance to the safety protocols has been very abysmal.
