The National Union of Ghana Students (NUGS) following the sudden demise of Leticia Kyere Pinaman, a former student of the Sunyani-based Miracle JHS has urged colleagues and friends to assist the security personnel as a forensic investigation into the matter has commenced.
NUGS leadership in a statement sighted by EducationWeb.com.gh similarly encouraged the security personnel and persons associated with the matter to thoroughly investigate the cause of the death of the final year Junior High Students on Monday.
Expressing their condolence to the family, friends and loved ones of the late Late Leticia Kyere Pinaman, the Union said “these are difficult times as we are all deeply saddened by the circumstances under which our beloved sister, of blessed memory, passed on.”
Meanwhile, the father of the former Miracle JHS student, Williams Kyere has said he suspects foul play in the death of his daughter citing that late Kyere Leticia did not commit suicide as it has been reported by the local media.
According to him, doctors after examining the dead body has confirmed his daughter had not urinated, nor defecated, her tongue was intact and her eyes closed.
