The Management of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) following the ongoing strike action by UTAG has suspended the conduct of the 2020/2021 end of the second-semester examinations
In a statement copied to EducationWeb.com.gh, KNUST said the examinations earlier scheduled to be administered from Monday, August 9, 2021, to Friday, August 20, 2021, have been postponed until further notice.
“The end of second-semester examinations originally scheduled for Monday, August 9, 2021, to Friday, August 20, 2021, have temporarily be suspended until further notice,” the KNUST Management stated in the release.
According to them, a new date for the conduct of the end of semester examinations at the appropriate time will be communicated to members of the university community, students and the general public.
In a related development, the Management of the University of Ghana (UG) citing the UTAG strike action has announced the postponement of level 100 and 400 final examinations for the 2020/2021 second semester.
“We have decided to postpone the forthcoming level 100 and 400-second semester examination 2020/2021 academic year examination due to the ongoing strike actions,” the premier university stated in its statement on Friday.
