TU gives GES deadline to resolve promotion test results issues

The Ghana Education Service after indicating some teachers had passed the 2021 promotion test but later failed them after maintenance on the results checking portal has been given up to Friday to resolve the promotion test results issues.
The deadline comes after some teachers who sat and passed the 2021 February promotion examination were asked by the GES portal to submit some documents for promotion letters only to find out that they have been failed.
A notice from the promotion results checking portal sighted by EducationWeb.com.gh read; “Further verification required, please present all qualification documents to the HRMD-HQ for verification before July 15, 2021,”
But, a purported statement by the Teacher Unions and copied to EducationWeb.com.gh said urged the Management of the Education Service as a matter of urgency resolve the challenges and restore the results of the teachers it had failed.
“We demand that this review be done by Friday, June 11, 2021, to forestall any disturbances in the industrial space,” the teacher unions stated in the release.
According to the Unions, they are not happy with the recent action of the Ghana Education Service citing that it compromises the sanctity and integrity of the aptitude test and the results.
Out of 46,486 candidates who sat for the promotion test examination, 29,465 representing 63.3% successfully passed.
How can I see my result please? I have been checking it but I don’t know GES is telling me. Since 2011 no promotion to ADII. Please what’s happening? A worried SHS teacher.
