The US government has issued a warrant for the missing Israeli researcher, Gal Luft, who disappeared on April 25. Reports from The Jerusalem Post state that Luft was apprehended at Larnaca International Airport in Cyprus, where he was charged with smuggling weapons into China and Libya.
