
Parliament Appointments Committee has unanimously approved former Education Minister in charge of Pretiary Education, Dr Yaw Osei Adutwum as Ghana’s Education Minister, a source has told Educationweb.com.gh.
Dr Adutwum’s approval comes after President Akufo-Addo this year appointed him as the Minister of Education-designate taking over from the former Education Minister, Dr Matthew Prempeh now Minister of Energy.
The Bosomtwe Member of Parliament following his new appointment was vetted on February 11, 2021, by the Ministers Appointment Committee.
Yaw Osei Adutwum is among the 22 minister-designate reportedly to have unanimously been approved by the Parliament Appointments Committee.

The Ministry of Education (MoE) is yet to officially announce the teaching Minister’s approval to members of the general public and stakeholders.
