A spokesperson for President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has described a list containing names of Deputy Ministers as fake and denied the appointment of John Ntim Fordjuour as the Deputy Education Minister.
The Public Relations Officer at the Office of the President comment comes after some online news portals reported His Excellency Nana Akufo-Addo has released the list of Deputy Ministers for his second-term government.
According to the news portals, John Ntim Fordjour is now the Deputy Education Minister taking over from the Bosomtwe Member of Parliament Dr Yaw Osei Adutwum who is currently Ghana’s Minister of Education.
But, Nana Akufo-Addo’s spokesman, Mr Eugene Arhin in a social media post sighted by Educationweb.com.gh on Monday said “The President has not released any list of Deputy Ministers. kindly disregard it”
