The National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE) from Monday will distribute copies of the 1992 Constitution of Ghana to schools and members of the general public, Chairman of NCCE, Ms Josephine Nkrumah has said.
She in a social media post sighted by Educationweb.com.gh said her outfit will be interacting with Ghanaians in communities, schools, bus terminals, shopping malls to give them copies of the 1992 Constitution of Ghana.
According to her, the National Commission for Civic Education will ask questions about the 1992 Constitution and basic facts on Ghanaian values.
“They will ask you questions about the 1992 Constitution and basic facts on Ghanaian values. If you’re able to answer, you stand a chance of receiving a copy of the 1992 Constitution, Ghana flags and some other gifts from the NCCE,” the Chairman of the National Commission for Civic Education stated.
For a citizen or Ghanaiana to get a copy of the 1992 Constitution of Ghana book, Ms Josephine Nkrumah said he or she must first know some familiar chapters, articles and especially the duties of a citizen of Ghana.
The nationwide distribution exercise according to the National Commission will commence from Monday, the 26th to the 28th of April, 2021.
