His comment follows the mass leakage of the 2021 WASSCE Physics and Business Management papers on various social media platforms ahead of the conduct of the examination scheduled for Wednesday, September 15, 2021.

Speaking to EducationWeb.com.gh, Mr Enoch Kwasi Gyetuah said just like the former coach for the Black Stars was showed the exit path, so must the government sack the West African Examinations Council (WAEC).

The GNACOPS Director is of the view that what recently happened to CK Akonnor in terms of his job relation and duty performance assessment has no difference from the non-profit-making organization (WAEC) poor performance.

“For me, the West African Examinations Council is no different from ex-Black Stars coach CK Akonnor, entrusting the country’s educational assessment system to WAEC I think is a step in the wrong direction,” he told EducationWeb.

Meanwhile, the Management of the Examinations Council says it will in due course communicate a new date for the conduct of the two papers it Wednesday postponed to members of the general public and candidates.
