Bing Crosby

Bing Crosby

Bing Crosby is perhaps Gonzaga’s most famous alumnus. Born in Tacoma, Washington, Crosby attended Gonzaga for three years before dropping out to pursue a career in show business. Over the course of his long and illustrious career, Crosby recorded countless hit songs, starred in dozens of films, and became one of the most beloved entertainers of all time.

Rui Hachimura

Rui Hachimura

Rui Hachimura is a professional basketball player from Japan who played college basketball at Gonzaga. Hachimura helped lead the Gonzaga Bulldogs to the Elite Eight in the 2019 NCAA Tournament before being selected ninth overall by the Washington Wizards in the 2019 NBA Draft.

John Stockton

John Stockton

John Stockton is one of the greatest point guards in NBA history, and he got his start at Gonzaga University. Stockton played for the Bulldogs from 1980-1984, setting the school record for career assists with 554. He went on to play 19 seasons in the NBA, all with the Utah Jazz, and was inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame in 2009.

Domantas Sabonis

Domantas Sabonis

Domantas Sabonis is another NBA player who got his start at Gonzaga. Sabonis played for the Bulldogs from 2014-2016, earning first-team All-American honors in his final season. He was then drafted 11th overall by the Orlando Magic in the 2016 NBA Draft, and currently plays for the Indiana Pacers.

Adam Morrison

Adam Morrison

Adam Morrison was a college basketball star at Gonzaga, earning first-team All-American honors in both 2005 and 2006. He was then selected third overall by the Charlotte Bobcats in the 2006 NBA Draft, but his professional career was cut short by injuries.

Kelly Olynyk

Kelly Olynyk played college basketball at Gonzaga from 2009-2013, helping lead the Bulldogs to the Elite Eight in 2013. He was then selected 13th overall by the Dallas Mavericks in the 2013 NBA Draft, and currently plays for the Houston Rockets.

Zach Collins

Zach Collins

Zach Collins played for Gonzaga from 2016-2017, helping lead the Bulldogs to the national championship game in his final season. He was then selected 10th overall by the Portland Trail Blazers in the 2017 NBA Draft, and currently plays for the San Antonio Spurs.

David Stockton

David Stockton

David Stockton is the son of Gonzaga legend John Stockton, and he also played for the Bulldogs. Stockton played for Gonzaga from 2010-2014, and currently plays for the South Bay Lakers of the NBA G League.

Chet Holmgren

Chet Holmgren

Chet Holmgren is a current student at Gonzaga, and he is widely considered to be one of the top high school basketball players in the country. Holmgren is a 7-foot-1 center who has drawn comparisons to NBA superstar Kevin Durant, and he is expected to be a top pick in the 2022 NBA Draft.

Ronny Turiaf

Ronny Turiaf played college basketball at Gonzaga from 2001-2005, earning first-team All-West Coast Conference honors in his final season. He then went on to play 10 seasons in the NBA, suiting up for teams such as the Los Angeles Lakers, Miami Heat, and Golden State Warriors. After retiring from the NBA in 2016, Turiaf has been involved in various philanthropic and entrepreneurial endeavors.
